This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the developmental growth of young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Working in collaboration with a team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists, you will provide one-on-one developmental and behavioral support to children aged 2-6 in a clinic environment, guided by science-backed, naturalistic therapeutic methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement intervention plans crafted by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech, and occupational therapy
  • Team up with the child's healthcare professionals to provide consistent, high-quality care
  • Offer support and guidance to children and their families in a clinic setting

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with children aged 2-6, ideally in a professional capacity
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Computer and tablet literacy
  • Reliable transportation to both training location and local center
  • Ability to meet physical requirements, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
