Job Description

At Soar Autism Center, we offer a comprehensive suite of services that cater to the needs of children with autism and their families. Our interdisciplinary approach emphasizes early engagement, holistic support, and tailored developmental-behavioral programs that address the unique needs of each child and their family. We follow evidence-based, play-centered methods based on the Early Start Denver Model.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the developmental growth of young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a member of our team, you'll work collaboratively with experts in behavior analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy. This entry-level position does not require prior certification, and we provide comprehensive training for this role.

This position is ideal for:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one developmental and behavioral support to children aged 2-6 in a clinic environment, guided by science-backed, naturalistic therapeutic methods
  • Implement intervention plans developed by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech, and occupational therapy
  • Collaborate with the child's healthcare professionals to provide consistent, high-quality care

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with children aged 2-6, preferably in a professional capacity
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Computer and tablet literacy
  • Reliable transportation to training locations and the local center
  • Ability to meet physical requirements, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
