Englewood, Colorado, United States Soar Autism Center Full time
Autism Speech Therapist Role

At Soar Autism Center, we're building a network of clinics where children with autism and their families receive life-shaping services to thrive. Our comprehensive approach prioritizes early intervention, supportive services, and positive, developmentally-appropriate learning tailored to each unique child and family.

Key Responsibilities:
As an on-site Autism Speech Therapist, you'll serve children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting. You'll conduct multidisciplinary assessments, create treatment plans with other clinical specialties, and develop communication interventions, including AAC devices, to support client communication. You'll also collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals, including co-treatments with the occupational therapy team. Additionally, you'll monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate changes to team members and families. You'll partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, and support them in their journey.

Qualifications:
We're seeking a dedicated Autism Speech Therapist with a Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program. You'll need a license to practice speech pathology and a strong desire to be part of an organization working to advance the standard of autism therapy. Preference is given to SLPs with 3+ years of experience, but we're open to new SLPs. Prior experience with AAC or interest in learning from our clinical teams is a plus. You'll need the ability to connect and engage with young children.

What We Offer:
At Soar Autism Center, you'll enjoy quality medical, dental, and vision plans. You'll also have access to a company 401K with contribution after a year of service. We offer 11 company holidays plus 15 additional days off, as well as options for 4x10 or 5x8 work schedules. Our 'Time for You' program provides extra time off when needed, and you'll have short-term disability coverage. We also offer student loan reimbursement assistance, trainings, and continuing education opportunities, and you'll work with national experts in speech therapy. You'll experience real multidisciplinary collaboration with other autism care professionals, including weekly interdisciplinary care meetings. Our mission is focused on high-quality, ethical services, and we appreciate your hard work. Opportunities for career advancement are also available.
