This role is essential in ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for our patients and staff. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of construction, plumbing, electrical safety, and general maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the facility's cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lawn care and snow removal operations.
  • Utilize various equipment such as pickups with plows, skid loaders, and front-end loaders.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Ability to multitask and manage interruptions effectively.
  • Familiarity with technological advancements in maintenance equipment is preferred.

Work Schedule:

This position requires a flexible schedule, including Monday through Friday shifts with rotating late evenings and on-call duties during weekends. Early morning shifts may be necessary during winter months for snow removal.

Compensation:

  • Starting pay at $17.57 per hour, commensurate with experience.
