Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently manage the parking and transportation of both client and company vehicles, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients.
  • Document incoming vehicles by taking photographs as instructed by management and appropriately tagging all vehicles.
  • Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ascertain which vehicles are prepared for entry and exit from the service area.
  • Park vehicles in designated locations securely and maintain an organized key management system.
  • Provide a warm welcome to customers by greeting them courteously and guiding them to their desired locations when parking or retrieving their vehicles.
  • Maintain necessary supplies and support materials as requested, including floor mats, plastic seat covers, and other essential items.

Compensation:
$17.00 per hour

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 19 years old with a valid and clean driver's license.
  • Previous experience in valet services is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
  • Possess an outgoing and patient demeanor with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
