Job Summary

Nichiha USA, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our paint manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Conduct daily inspections and analysis of production lines to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to implement corrective actions and prevent future defects.
  • Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including SOPs and training materials.
  • Provide training and guidance to quality control team members and operators.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in quality control and process improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Science, or related field.
  • Proven track record in quality improvement and process control.
  • Manufacturing experience, preferably in the paint industry.
  • Experience with quality control and assurance principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with color measurement instruments and paint line operations.
  • Knowledge of cost accounting, investment planning, and feasibility studies.
  • Experience with adhesion testing and visual inspections.
