Qualifications
Education:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, or a related field is required.

Experience:
- Familiarity with programming languages and technologies such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, CSS, and XML is essential.
- Experience in web application development, software solutions, or database development is preferred.
- Prior experience in customer support is also advantageous.
