About The Role
You are a self-starter who can work independently and with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment. Ensuring the safety of our people and workplace, making sure to keep up-time of equipment per the System Level Equipment (SLE).

What You Get To Do Everyday
  • Work with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), Microsoft Suite, Google Suite.
  • Identify and troubleshoot material handling equipment that impacts facility product flow
  • Develop positive cross functional internal and external relationship with focus on delivering targeted results that improve the overall occupancy experience, operating efficiency and site reliability
  • Conduct routine repairs/ tasks with tools and equipment
  • Perform associated tasks on 3 phase electrical systems under 600 volts, critical preventive maintenance predictive maintenance, drive unit and component rebuilds
  • PLC/controls a plus
What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 Years of relevant experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of MHE and automation in a distribution environment
  • Ability to work, plan, and prioritize independently and in a cross functional team
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical and persuasive skills inclusive of exercising good judgment
  • Capable of multitasking, highly organized, with excellent time management
  • Learn and apply working knowledge of related work area processes and procedures
  • Availability to work weekends

The expected hourly rate for this role is 31.53-45.04. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
