We are a rapidly expanding multi-disciplinary Pediatric Therapy Practice dedicated to providing high-quality therapy solutions tailored to the unique needs of children and families. We offer Occupational, Physical, Speech Therapy, and Nutrition Counseling services to children from birth to 18 years old in various settings, including homes, community locations, telehealth platforms, and our clinic.

Job Summary:
Premier Pediatric Therapy Source is seeking a part-time Registered Dietitian to join our dynamic team of therapists. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to children and families within our clinic and early intervention programs.
In this position, you will work with a diverse range of children facing various conditions, from mild to complex. You'll collaborate closely with our Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy team to develop and implement individualized feeding plans.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, consultations, and discharge planning for children within both outpatient clinic and early intervention programs.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to each child's specific needs and document their progress effectively.
- Provide nutrition counseling and education to families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their child's dietary needs.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation within our electronic medical record system.
- Communicate regularly with the child's primary physician and other healthcare providers through progress reports, phone calls, or other appropriate channels.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of our feeding program alongside a multidisciplinary team.
- Participate actively in training sessions and staff meetings.
- Maintain professional clinical competency by staying abreast of current best practices and guidelines.
- Adhere to all established policies, procedures, regulations, laws, and ethical standards.
- Provide a positive and supportive experience for children and their families.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, specializing in Pediatrics.
- Ability to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, carry, push, pull, walk, or run.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families and other professionals.
- Exceptional time management abilities.
- Proficiency in verbal, written, and listening skills.
- Basic computer experience (Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, Electronic Medical Record systems).
- Successful completion of a Background Check.
- Negative TB Test result.
- Reliable transportation.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Experience working with children who have autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
