At Frontier Management (OR), we are seeking a per diem receptionist to provide exceptional customer service to our residents and their families. As the first point of contact, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impression and enhance their experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate directories and coordinating incoming and outgoing mail
  • Providing directions and general assistance to residents and visitors
  • Ensuring a high level of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent (college coursework or medical terminology knowledge is a plus)
  • Fluent command of the English language
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Presentation of a well-groomed, professional image and courteous demeanor at all times
  • Ability to interact positively with residents, government agencies, and the general public
  • Per diem schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
  • Occasional weekend and evening work: 4pm to 8pm
