The ideal candidate will work roughly 20 hours per week during our busy season from October to April. Flexibility with schedule between the hours of 8-4:30, Monday through Friday. Weekly hours May through September will vary depending on business needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
-Phone Handling: Answer and manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to appropriate teammates, and provide excellent customer service. 
-Walk-in Traffic: Greet and assist current and potential customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience. 
-Basic Transactions: Key in simple transactions and maintain accurate records. 
-Scan/Index: Scan documents, index them into our system, and ensure proper filing for easy retrieval. 
-Order and Restock Supplies: Monitor inventory levels, order and restock office supplies as needed, and ensure availability of essential materials. 
-Meeting Preparation: Assist with preparing for meetings, including ordering and arranging lunch and other refreshments. 
-Mail/Distribution: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distribute it to the appropriate departments or teammates. 

Education Requirements
-High school diploma or equivalent. 

Years of Experience
-Previous office experience preferred but not required. 
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 
-Proficient in basic computer applications and office equipment.
