We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers via phone calls, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of call center operations, including quality monitoring processes. They should also be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Additionally, they will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work with diverse backgrounds.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $16.00 per hour, plus benefits.   • High School diploma or GED required.
