Overview
Russell Tobin is seeking a highly skilled and professional Customer Service Call Center Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Meet key department performance metrics while providing exceptional customer support.
- Provide functional support in areas such as Cash Management products and services, Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries.
