The Job Description

As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering individualized care plans tailored to the unique needs and preferences of our residents
  • Providing assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Notifying management of changes in condition and recommending adjustments in care and service
  • Collaborating with our community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promote risk management programs and policies

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and location. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement savings plans and paid time off. You will also have access to tuition reimbursement and discretionary bonuses.
