Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations in a state-of-the-art, distribution facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations Management: Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving activities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high productivity.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and conduct regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Customer Service: Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS): Utilize and maintain warehouse management software for efficient inventory control and tracking.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in warehouse management.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and related software.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly resolve issues and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Independence: Capable of working independently and handling high-pressure situations.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Chinese is mandatory.
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
