The Occupational Nurse will play a critical role in maintaining a healthy and safe work environment for Kubota team members. This position is responsible for providing day-to-day first aid, overseeing work-related restrictions, workers' compensation, OSHA record keeping, and wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations
  • Manage work-related injuries in accordance with OSHA regulations
  • Assess healthcare needs and facilitate return-to-work programs
  • Collaborate with departments to identify, evaluate, and implement accommodations and return-to-work options for workers with restricted duty
  • Manage Workers' Compensation claims in conjunction with the current workers' comp provider
  • Coordinate and administer the company's Drug-Free Workplace Program
  • Coordinate and administer Kubota wellness programs, such as flu shots and Hepatitis B vaccinations
  • Coordinate and administer baseline and annual hearing audiograms
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years occupational nursing experience
  • Degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
  • Current valid State of GA license
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong aptitude for organization, prioritization, and managing multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Licensed Practical Nurse
  • OSHA 10 or 30-hour Certification, First Aid, CPR, and/or First Responder
