We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Home Health Specialist. As an Occupational Therapist with LHC Group, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
