Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Actalent is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in La Crosse, Wisconsin. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative manufacturing processes and techniques to improve the effectiveness of our manufacturing operations and business systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement manufacturing planning, initial tooling requirements, and costs to facilitate the specification of manufacturing processes.
  • Provide technical expertise and leadership for the timely resolution of issues related to manufacturing processes and product designs.
  • Collaborate closely with functional team members to enhance design for manufacturability and ease of integration to manufacturing facility.
  • Utilize project management knowledge and skills to estimate time and resources required to complete projects and manage project execution to plan.
Requirements:
  • Experience with large capital equipment projects exceeding $200k+
  • New product development and launch experience
  • Project management skills
  • Equipment installation experience
  • Lean manufacturing knowledge
  • HVAC or heavy industrial industry experience preferred
