At K-Line Industries, we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engineering projects that improve the efficiency of our manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new process standards and procedures
- Design and create programs and fixtures for multiple manufacturing machines
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Act as a technical expert for the company, providing guidance and support to employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Design
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong mechanical design aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pro/E modeling and detailing experience
- MTConnect expertise
- CREO and AutoCAD proficiency
- Familiarity with current GD&T standards
Work Environment:
This role operates in a professional office environment, with occasional exposure to manufacturing areas. The noise level is moderate, and ear protection may be necessary in some instances.
Physical Demands:
The employee must be able to sit for extended periods, talk and hear, and occasionally stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
