Job Description

Steel Point Solutions is a leading provider of integrated business solutions for government and commercial enterprises. Our team of experts is dedicated to delivering world-class program management and service delivery.

The Business Process Manager is responsible for assisting the government with managing a repository of robotic process automation proposals and developing a priority order for the requirements. This role serves as a business consultant to help the government oversee end-to-end development of automations and substantive changes or enhancements to previously developed robotic tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehend and document current workflow processes in detail, assessing critical business process frameworks.
  • Facilitate group work sessions to elicit requirements and liaise with users.
  • Review and prioritize current and future state process requirements.
  • Research and study to find ways to improve business process flows.
  • Ability to multi-task and solve problems across multiple projects.
  • Ability to screen and structure a large amount of data within process frameworks.
  • Collect and analyze information to identify causes of problems.
  • Analyze work process flows to identify gaps and issues requiring resolution.
  • Recommend work procedures that improve organization's goals and objectives.
  • Lead and implement cross-functional teams with improvement initiatives.
  • Track work process flows in monitoring their effectiveness and report significant deviations from project plans' quality objectives.
  • Collaborate with peers in sharing tasks and addressing design and implementation issues as they evolve.
  • Interface with government users in managing and operating business processes.
  • Develop performance metrics for process measurement and track work process flows.
  • Deliver measurable results by deploying process improvements or utilizing lean six sigma principles to solve problems, thereby maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste.
  • Evaluate workflows and suggest improvements to increase productivity.
  • Ability to identify key indicators for future requirement opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a relevant field of study.
  • 10+ years of program management experience.
  • 8+ years of process improvement experience.
  • Experience in one of the following areas is required: budgeting, finance, statistics, risk management, process reengineering, internal controls, performance measurement, program/project management, or acquisition.
  • PMI PMP, Agile Certified, or Six Sigma Certification required.

The salary range represents a general guideline; however, Steel Point Solutions considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.

Salary Range: $158,000—$193,000 USD
