We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Dermatology office as a Receptionist. This role requires exceptional communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check patients in and out
  • Manage front office duties including scheduling appointments, handling insurance verification, and collecting co-pays
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Previous medical receptionist experience required
  • Dermatology experience preferred
  • Knowledge of diagnosis codes beneficial

This position may require occasional travel between locations. Estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
