Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and analytical individuals to join our Corporate and Investment Banking Program. As a member of our team, you will gain exposure to a number of disciplines within Sales, Trading & Research, including Equity Research, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Capital Markets.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior Sales, Trading & Research professionals in various business groups
  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support investment recommendations
  • Assist in the production and writing of research reports, including investment recommendations
  • Participate in conference calls with company management teams and institutional clients
  • Develop and maintain financial models and data analysis

Requirements

  • Completed BA/BS degree with a scheduled graduation of December May/June 2025
  • Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
  • Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Requirements

  • Business or STEM major
  • Strong interest in finance and investment banking
  • Prior completion of Accounting or Finance coursework
  • High degree of academic and extracurricular achievement
  • Willingness to commit substantial time and energy to the program
