About Us:

All Around ABA LLC is a renowned organization dedicated to providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and their families.

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our team as a Clinical Director for Autism Services. In this role, you will play a vital part in leading our ABA services, ensuring the highest quality of care, and driving excellence throughout our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering ABA services, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Conduct patient assessments, providing data-driven recommendations for behavioral interventions.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and community partners, ensuring coordinated care and support.

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Proven experience working with children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder.
  • Proficiency in applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
  • Knowledge of special education practices and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with medical records management and HIPAA regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards excellence.

Compensation Package:

This position offers a highly competitive salary of $85,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
