At Caravel Autism Health, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our autism clinics. As a Clinic Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients and families.

About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, including positive attitude, integrity, accountability, and strategic thinking. They will be able to effectively lead clinical teams, manage staff, schedule coaching, and mentor clinicians.

  • Develop and communicate clinical team objectives, setting performance standards and completing performance evaluations for staff members.
  • Recruit and manage staff, oversee training and continuing education, and address employee turnover and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality services, communicate with executives, and liaison with administrative staff.

In this role, you will also be responsible for conducting supervisory and program management responsibilities for families, establishing individualized home-based behavior intervention programs, and interacting with clinical teams to communicate programming recommendations and implementation strategies.

Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) with a minimum of 400 hours of hands-on training in providing ABA services directly to children and/or adults with autism under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • At least five years of experience as a Lead BCBA, Supervisor, or Senior Therapist implementing behaviorally based techniques with children and adolescents.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Critical thinking skills, with strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking skills.
