About the JobWe're looking for a dedicated and caring individual to work with children with autism, providing personalized support and guidance to help them thrive.
Compensation: $52,500 per year (dependent on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one behavioral support to children with autism
- Develop and implement personalized behavior plans to meet client needs
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Completed RBT certification course (must be certified prior to start date)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
