Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze satellite system data to identify trends and issues, and create reports and visualizations to guide operator workflow and drive future operations.
  • Assess and enhance processes for the evaluation of satellite design and employment.
  • Manage the creation and testing of quick prototypes, collaborating with hardware and software directorates to design prototypes for both immediate use and future inclusion into Mosaic architecture.
  • Identify and address risks related to satellite operations, ensuring that operations stay within defined constraints and developing plans to manage potential issues.
  • Provide operational expertise in one of the key software technologies critical to company success, including front-end design, backend architecture design, and algorithm development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (MS preferred) in engineering, physics, math, or related technical discipline.
  • Deep understanding of Differential Equations, critical for understanding FSW math.
  • Working knowledge of Statistics.
  • 3+ years of coding experience in Typescript, Python, or R.
  • 5+ years engineering level experience with one or more of the following: Astrodynamics, Control Systems, RF Communications, Sub-System Design.
  • Top Secret Clearance.

  • Competitive base salary: $147,000 - $168,000.
