HR Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our client's team at Creative Financial Staffing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
    • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations to ensure a smooth transition.
    • Prepare and process onboarding paperwork to meet compliance requirements.
    • Manage the offboarding process to maintain a positive employee experience.
  • Recruitment Support:
    • Post job openings on various job boards and our company website to attract top talent.
    • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure a thorough selection process.
    • Assist in the preparation of job offer letters and employment contracts to ensure compliance.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues to provide timely support.
    • Assist in resolving employee conflicts and addressing employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide general administrative support to the HR department to ensure efficient operations.
    • Schedule meetings and maintain the HR calendar to ensure timely appointments.
Qualifications:
  • Must-Have:
    • High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
    • Previous experience in an HR administrative role to demonstrate expertise.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and management.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to perform administrative tasks.
  • Preferred:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field to demonstrate expertise.
    • Experience with HR software (e.g., HRIS systems) to streamline operations.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality to handle sensitive information.
