Job Summary

The Practice Manager provides strategic leadership and direction to the daily operations of Bryan Women's Care Physicians and the Center for Maternal and Fetal Care Practices. This role is responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining programs, policies, and management systems to ensure the overall success of BPN.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a multidisciplinary care team and supervise the performance of team members.
  2. Develop and implement action plans to optimize patient, staff, and provider satisfaction and engagement.
  3. Collaborate with providers and staff to maximize patient flow, promote efficiency, and increase productivity.
  4. Develop and manage capital and operational budgets in support of strategic initiatives.
  5. Represent BPN on quality and other committees within Bryan Health.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies governing healthcare delivery and the rules of accreditation bodies.
  7. Develop and implement evidence-based, quality clinical nursing practices and staff competencies.
  8. Use data sets to assess performance, establish targets, and monitor indicators and trends.
  9. Perform other related projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field is required, plus a minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare-related field with at least two years of management experience. A Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Current Registered Nurse licensure from the State of Nebraska or an approved compact state of residence is preferred.
