Position Overview: We are in search of a skilled Commercial Construction Mobile Project Manager to supervise and coordinate projects in multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience as a mobile project manager, with a strong background in restaurants, retail, large-scale stores, hotels, multi-family residences, healthcare facilities, shopping centers, and high-rise constructions. This role demands a demonstrated capability to guide projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are finalized on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Mobile Construction Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all stages of construction projects across diverse locations, including restaurants, retail, large-scale stores, hotels, multi-family residences, healthcare facilities, shopping centers, and high-rise constructions.
  • Create and oversee project timelines, collaborating with subcontractors and suppliers to guarantee timely task completion.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, building regulations, and quality benchmarks across all sites.
  • Conduct frequent site evaluations to assess progress and promptly address any issues or changes in project scope.
  • Maintain effective communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Lead and manage on-site construction teams, promoting a collaborative and efficient work atmosphere.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety records.
Mobile Construction Project Manager Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mobile project manager in commercial construction, with expertise in restaurants, retail, large-scale stores, hotels, multi-family residences, healthcare facilities, shopping centers, and high-rise constructions.
  • Strong grasp of construction methodologies, materials, and safety practices.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication abilities.
  • Capability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work at various project sites.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
