Key Responsibilities

Sales Region: Arkansas, Missouri, Texas, Kansas

(Note: Primary travel will be concentrated in Arkansas and Missouri)

  • Generate sales interest among growers, producers, and consultants by showcasing SePRO's technical expertise and product benefits.
  • Engage with distributor sales agronomists and retail managers to strategize and execute impactful sales initiatives.
  • Deliver technical training to essential stakeholders, including growers, distributor staff, retail personnel, and consultants.
  • Collaborate with distribution and retail partners to implement sales and marketing strategies that achieve revenue goals.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients to promote and support SePRO Ag solutions aligned with market strategies.
  • Represent the appropriate application of products at industry conferences, customer training sessions, and outreach events.
  • Effectively share market insights within the organization, including competitive analysis and product performance metrics.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions, sales leads, and development projects.
  • Contribute actively to a team-oriented environment, taking on both leadership and collaborative roles.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in crop protection or seed products within agricultural markets.
  • Sales experience that emphasizes education and influence among end-users.
  • Established connections with growers, consultants, retail agronomists, and academic researchers.
  • Proven success in launching new products through value-driven relationships.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Business acumen with a focus on customer needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Requirements
  • The candidate must be willing to travel regularly, both locally and overnight, for product stewardship, technical support, and sales activities.
