**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic Specialist to join our team at Central Maintenance Corporation. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for performing routine and complex repairs on heavy equipment and vehicles.

**Estimated Salary:** $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

About the Role:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with diesel engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
  • Conduct safety inspections and report any hazards or defects
  • Collaborate with other technicians to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to resolve issues and meet deadlines

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in diesel mechanics or a related field
  • ASE certification in truck repair or equivalent experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
