Medical Device Inspector

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Device Inspector to join our team at Life Science Outsourcing, Inc. in Brea, California. As a Medical Device Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting final inspections to verify that all quality requirements have been met prior to product release.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to communicate effectively with production teams to address and resolve quality concerns in real time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process inspections of medical devices using various testing equipment and tools to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Perform visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests according to established protocols and procedures
- Document inspection results accurately and promptly in electronic or paper-based records
- Communicate any deviations or non-conformities to the Quality Control Supervisor or relevant personnel
- Assist in identifying root causes of quality issues and participate in problem solving efforts
Requirements:
- Proficient in using testing equipment and tools relevant to medical device manufacturing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience in a quality control or inspection role within the medical device manufacturing industry
- Ability to communicate effectively, written and verbal as well as good people skills
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Punctuality and reliability
