Assistant Marketing Manager, Shoes, Handbags and Accessories

The Assistant Marketing Manager is a key member of the Neiman Marcus Group marketing team, responsible for supporting the strategic selling and execution of omni-channel holistic marketing and co-op campaigns. This role works closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive business results and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Support: Develop strong relationships with internal and external teams, providing clear and concise communication and exceptional professionalism. Manage various planning documents and processes across the marketing team, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.
- Client Management: Partner with marketing managers to develop strategic business plans and prepare omni-channel presentations for executive-level audiences. Assemble and distribute accurate and comprehensive status reports to clients and internal team members, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Campaign Execution: Manage all aspects of omni-channel co-op campaigns, focusing on digital and social execution, co-op calendar management, reporting, and co-op support. Oversee processes and timing related to digital and social co-op marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Budget Management: Provide goal tracking updates and assign chargeback information to each brand contract, submitting to NM finance for invoicing and processing.
- Analytics & Reporting: Compile co-op campaign reporting from multiple channel owners and secure visuals related to each tactic. Provide co-op reporting and recaps to team members for further insights and distribute reporting to brand partners.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Self-starter, self-motivated, and capable of building relationships across teams
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and influencing skills, with the ability to deliver results under pressure
- Experience in marketing or a related field, with a focus on luxury goods or fashion industry
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
