Merchandiser Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser Specialist to join our team. As a Merchandiser Specialist, you will be responsible for representing various brands across multiple retail locations, executing a variety of retail merchandising activities, and driving sales growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Locate and stock merchandise in the backroom of stores to ensure product availability on the sales floor.

• Set up and maintain visually appealing displays and fixtures to showcase products.

• Receive and distribute marketing materials, promotional displays, and other visual elements to stores.

• Install and place promotional materials as outlined in instructions to ensure our clients' products stand out.

• Reset displays or product areas based on client needs, including full remodels and product rearrangements.

• Answer simple, step-by-step questions within our field technology on your mobile device as you complete your work.

• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.

• Represent our company and clients in retail stores within your assigned area.

Requirements

• Enjoy working independently in stores while building and maintaining relationships with store associates and managers.

• Own your stores and become the go-to resource for our clients.

• Effectively communicate with store associates, store managers, and our team members nationwide.

• Leverage the support of our Operations Support Center for help with challenges in store.

• Complete work within the provided timeframe and closely follow detailed instructions.

• Report your work the same day you complete it.
