About the Job

This full-time Nurse Care Manager position offers a competitive salary of $73,000 - $83,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and education, as needed.
• Supervise and mentor less-experienced nurses to ensure they have the skills and confidence to provide high-quality care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and communicate patient information effectively.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
