Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Services Supervisor to join our team at CommonSpirit Health. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating environmental services operations to ensure a clean and safe environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee supply levels, equipment maintenance, and efficient resource utilization to support cleaning operations.
- Lead and develop the EVS team, ensuring optimal staffing levels, performance, and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Maintain high cleaning standards, conduct inspections, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of EVS services.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience performing institutional housekeeping supervision. Healthcare experience preferred.
- HS Diploma/GED required
