  • We offer a 3-day work week with 10-hour shifts, allowing for a great work-life balance.
  • We have a strong support staff with a high staff-to-doctor ratio, enabling our veterinarians to concentrate on medicine and surgery.
  • We have a mix of long-term established clientele and welcome new clients continuously.
  • We have digital radiography, high-end ultrasound, in-house blood machines, and more.

Compensation Overview:

  • Guaranteed Annual Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 depending on experience
  • Monthly Production Bonus: 21%-22% of additional revenue produced
  • Signing Bonus Package: $5,000 - $10,000
  • New Grad Benefits: Regional Next Level Mentorship Program, Tuition Assistance Bonus, CE for newly graduated veterinarians
  • Other Bonuses: Customized incentives aimed at individual preferences
  • Paid Time Off: Minimum 2 weeks (12 days)
  • Schedule: 3-4 days a week (10-hour shifts)
