Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Duties:
- Greet all customers upon their arrival.
- Inquire about their experience with our services, documenting feedback to enhance future interactions.
- Ensure customers retrieve all personal belongings from their vehicles.
- Conduct discreet inspections for damage on incoming vehicles and guide customers to the appropriate counter for damage reports.
- Utilize proper procedures to confirm if vehicles are returned with a full tank of fuel.
- Advise customers on rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
- Offer information regarding transportation options to the airport terminal, if necessary.
- Complete service alerts for any mechanical or body damage reported by customers.
- Identify and label vehicles flagged for maintenance or repairs, ensuring they are moved to the correct location.
- Maintain an organized lot to facilitate smooth access and traffic flow.
Vehicle Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Responsible for vacuuming and preparing vehicles, transporting cars to and from car washes and service centers, and checking fluid levels.
- Clean vehicle exteriors using hands, brushes, or washing equipment.
- Polish and clean windshields, windows, lights, mats, and vehicle bodies by hand.
- Vacuum, shampoo, and freshen vehicle interiors, including stain removal as necessary.
- Assess and replenish windshield fluid, fuel, oil, water, and antifreeze as needed.
- Perform basic maintenance checks on various vehicle components.
- Ensure appropriate stickers are affixed to vehicles (registration, plates, etc.).
- Assist with local vehicle deliveries as required.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, including day and evening shifts.
- Effective verbal communication skills for interaction with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Willingness to wear company uniforms.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical capability to enter and exit vehicles comfortably.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
