About the Role:

The Financial Investment Analyst plays a crucial role within the investment team, collaborating closely with the firm's President, Chief Investment Officer (CIO), Portfolio Managers (PM), and Senior Investment Analyst. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, intellectually inquisitive, passionate about investment strategies, and thrives in a collaborative team atmosphere. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Your Contributions:

  • Conduct initial due diligence and ongoing investment research across traditional and alternative assets, including equities, fixed income, private real estate, private equity, private credit, and third-party managers.
  • Collaborate with the President, CIO, PMs, and Senior Trader to proactively develop and maintain tools that enhance security selection, portfolio management, data management, and investment monitoring processes.
  • Play a vital role in the firm's portfolio management activities, potentially engaging in portfolio construction, data analytics, and trading functions.
  • Review and create financial models; prepare and compile comprehensive investment reports and other internal communications.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative due diligence on public and private investment strategies.
  • Assist in preparing materials for regular Investment Committee Meetings.

Who You Are:

  • A Bachelor's degree with a quantitative focus (e.g., Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or Statistics) is required.
  • 2+ years in a high-performing Analyst role is preferred.
  • A strong desire for knowledge and a commitment to excellence.
