Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of construction operations to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Lead the construction team and delegate tasks to site superintendents.
  • Establish and monitor project timelines, budgets, and completion schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, local regulations, and project scope.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for each project, including contracts, photos, and change orders.
  • Conduct end-of-day and end-of-project reviews with superintendents.

Position Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Prior experience in construction management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Capability to achieve production targets while ensuring profitability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Skills and Physical Demands:
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
  • Capacity to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in climbing ladders and working at elevated heights.
  • Exposure to high noise levels at construction sites.
  • Must successfully pass a background check as per applicable laws.
