We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Parts Manager to join our team at Toy Doctor Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ordering parts, partnering with vendors, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ordering Parts:
Negotiate with vendors to secure high-quality parts at the best possible prices. Build strong relationships with parts vendor representatives to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of parts.
2. Office Support:
Provide administrative support to the shop, including answering phones, running errands, updating the workflow board, checking in and out customers, cleaning the office, and assisting customers at the counter.
3. Preparing Paperwork:
Create quotes, invoices, and other documents for customers and vendors using Shop Management Software.
4. Sales:
Assist in selling repairs and services to customers under the guidance of a Service Adviser or General Manager.
