Salary range of $100,000 to $120,000, contingent upon home health and management experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee employment decisions for direct report staff, including hiring, termination, promotion, and status changes.

Accountable for the overall organization and financial management of the care center.

Supervise clinical managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients.

Provide insights and feedback related to marketing initiatives and care center marketing strategies to achieve growth objectives.

Responsible for ensuring quality care delivery for all patients served by the care centers through supervision and support of the clinical manager.

Qualifications:
Associate's degree in business or a clinical-related field.


Minimum of two years in home healthcare and at least one year in a supervisory capacity; or two years in leadership or management within healthcare, home health, or hospice.

Preferred qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or a clinical-related field with a current license.

Experience in home health settings.

Current license to practice as an RN or other healthcare professional, specific to the state of employment.
