About the Job

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Domino's Franchise. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage store operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Implement and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
Requirements
  • Relevant management experience in the quick service industry, preferably in pizza management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
