We are looking for a Clinical Nurse in the Medical Surgical Unit to ensure that we continue to deliver high-quality, efficient care to all patients.

Job Summary and Qualifications
Our Clinical Nurses set the standard by providing clinical expertise and delivering the highest quality care with compassion. The Medical Surgical Unit serves adult patients with a variety of medical, surgical, cardiac, or neurological conditions, offering opportunities to expand your knowledge throughout your career.

Responsibilities:
You will:

  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments regarding patient health status, adhering to standards of care and disease-specific protocols.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes and utilize available resources effectively.
  • Provide direct nursing care and supervise non-licensed nursing staff within the RN's scope of practice.
  • Deliver education and emotional support tailored to the patient's age, culture, condition, and circumstances, incorporating patient and family teaching into all aspects of nursing practice.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have graduated from an accredited nursing program with either an ADN or BSN degree.
  • Hold a current license as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice.
  • Possess BLS certification upon hire.
