We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse RN Psychiatric Adult to join our team at Research Psychiatric Center. As a key member of our behavioral health program, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive patient assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimize patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and timely manner, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families, promoting empowerment and self-management.
- Participate in treatment team conferences to review patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current State of practice RN licensure
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- BLS certification
- Previous clinical experience in psychiatric nursing, preferably in an inpatient setting
