We are seeking experienced Communications Therapists to join our team. As a vital member of our team, you will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. You will establish treatment programs and provide early intervention services for the development and/or rehabilitation of children from birth to 21 years of age.

Job Overview

This full-time position involves working primarily in home health settings, including homes, schools, and daycares. The salary stated below reflects the PRN rate when working 40 hours per week for 52 weeks. CFs are welcome to apply, and bilingual (Spanish-English) candidates are highly valued.

Responsibilities

As a Communications Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Establishing treatment programs and providing early intervention services
  • Working closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful as a Communications Therapist with Herman and Associates Childrens Therapy, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion or relevant experience
  • State licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to providing high-quality patient care and excellent customer service
