Career Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our Children's Community Action Team based in Orange County. This role offers a unique chance to define your career path, connect with a supportive community of health professionals, and increase your earning potential.

About the Role
  • Provide therapeutic interventions in individual and group settings to participants.
  • Create, update, and monitor participant treatment plans.
  • Complete program-specific assessments.
  • Document client treatment details in the Electronic Health Record.
  • Communicate effectively with the program team regarding participant changes, issues, or needs.
  • Assist the program team with daily operations as directed.
  • Develop discharge plans and referrals.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in social services.
  • At least one year of experience working with the target population.
  • The ability to pass a Level II Background clearance.
