Job Description:

This role involves providing speech and language therapy to children aged 2-8 with various speech and language disorders at our Orlando locations. The successful candidate will work approximately 30-35 hours per week during normal business hours (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy sessions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other communication disorders
  • Maintain accurate records of sessions and document progress
  • Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers, providing guidance and support
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize therapy outcomes
  • Stay informed on current research and best practices in speech therapy

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Florida state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children diagnosed with ASD, ages 2-8
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with families and staff
  • Passion for helping children reach their full communication potential
