About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Executive Director to lead our Residential Mental Healthcare Facility. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and supervision of our Behavioral Health Treatment Programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the care and treatment of clients in our residential programs
  • Develop and implement programming that meets the needs of our clients and regulatory requirements
  • Provide clinical supervision to clinicians within your programs
  • Liaise with business development, admissions, utilization review, and finance teams
  • Collaborate with admissions to ensure effective and timely evaluation of clinical eligibility
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise administrative, clinical, and residential staff
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with staff, supervisors, and external partners
Requirements
  • Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LCSW, Psy.D.) with experience in mental health treatment environments
  • Managerial experience with a proven track record of success
  • Master's level Licensed Professional Clinician with experience in treatment of co-occurring disorders, insurance clinical and billing practices, and clinical supervision
  • Knowledgeable in regulatory compliance with Department of Health Care Services and TJC accreditation standards
  • Three years of experience as a Director or Senior leadership in the field
  • Three years of experience working in a residential treatment setting
  • Excellent conflict resolution, crisis intervention, and staff training skills
  • Technologically skilled with proficiency in Electronic Health Records, GSuite, and collaborative documents
  • Working knowledge of managed care and commercial health insurance medical necessity criteria
