We are currently looking for a motivated and friendly Shift Supervisor who is passionate about customer service and team leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Valid food handler certification is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record in a high-volume, fast-paced food service environment.
  • Ability to foster a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
  • Prior experience in customer service and cash management is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee break schedules for cashiers.
  • Manage and delegate tasks through the 7Shifts platform.
  • Handle cash and bank runs as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Lead customer interactions at the service counter.
  • Conduct follow-up check-ins with customers post-order.
  • Organize and manage customer queue effectively.
  • Uphold Apollo Service Standards in all interactions.
  • Perform cash register counts at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Prepare daily beverage offerings, including fresh orange juice and coffee.
  • Close out the cash register at the end of the day.
  • Accurately enter customer orders into the POS system.
  • Efficiently process various payment methods.
  • Maintain cleanliness in service areas and waste disposal.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy.
  • Support fellow cashiers and promote a smooth workflow.
  • Create memorable experiences for both new and returning customers.
